LEADERSHIP

Claudia Marodim has over 30 years of experience helping fashion, lifestyle and creative founders turn exceptional products into recognised international brands. Growing up in stores and factories, working most of her life trading as both a buyer and a brand representative internationally, and with studies at Central Saint Martins and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, she brings together creative instinct, commercial discipline, and a deep understanding of what international buyers and markets really need.

While heading buying for Go British — her own curated store launched internationally with the support of the British Embassy and UKTI — she worked with over 100 premium and luxury brands and was featured by Vogue Japan alongside buyers from the world’s top online retailers.

With a career spanning wholesale, buying, brand strategy, operations and ecommerce across startups, growth-stage businesses and global names, she has been part of teams and projects that have placed brands in Net-a-Porter, My-Theresa, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Le Bon Marché, Galeries Lafayette, Bergdorf Goodman, Isetan and other leading department stores and luxury boutiques worldwide.

Clients don’t thank her for strategy documents. They thank her because launches happened, growth happened, expansion happened — and ideas became reality.
