LEADERSHIP

Claudia Marodim has over 30 years of experience helping fashion, lifestyle and creative founders turn exceptional products into recognised international brands.

Growing up inside stores and factories, and trading throughout her career as both a buyer and a brand representative internationally, she brings together creative instinct, commercial discipline and a deep understanding of what international buyers and markets really need.

She has been part of teams and projects that have placed brands in Net-a-Porter, My-Theresa, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Le Bon Marché, Galeries Lafayette, Bergdorf Goodman, Isetan and other leading department stores and luxury boutiques worldwide.

While heading buying for Go British — launched internationally with the support of the British Embassy and UKTI — she worked with over 100 premium and luxury brands and was featured by Vogue Japan alongside the world’s top buyers.

Clients don’t thank her for strategy documents. They thank her because launches happened, growth happened, expansion happened — and ideas became reality.
